Beautiful sparkling vintage rhinestone necklace and earring set.  The necklace is marked Kramer of N.Y. on the back of the clasp.  The back of the matching clip on earrings is marked Kramer.

 

The necklace suspends 9 3/4". The earrings measures 1 1/8" long x 3/4" wide.
