Rhinestones are set in a sterling silver circle and suspends from a sterling silver chan. Marked 925 on the spring clasp as well as the back of the circle. Marked on the necklace Italy as well.

 

The circle measures 1 1/8" in diameter.  The necklace suspends 10".  Of recent vintage.
