Matched Pair of Victorian Bracelets Etruscan Revival

Rare find - matched pair of antique goldfilled Victorian Etruscan Revival bracelets circa 1882 featuring  cannetille  and granulation details. These are also known as wedding bracelets.  They hinge open - the mechanism is hidden in the design of the bracelets.  Their ends overlap when closed.  One of the bracelets has a plaque: PT. MAR.21.82.  The plaque is missing on the second bracelet but there is evidence of where the plaque was.  There is more wear on that bracelet, suggesting it was worn more than the other one.  The first one has some pitting on the inside of the bracelet. Both show evidence of some wear. None of this is noticable unless examined closely.  The bracelets are small.  They measure 2 1/8" at their widest point and 1 1/2" at their narrowest (both measurements were taken on the inside).
