ITEMS ARE PURCHASED DURING THIS TIME,THEY WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL
OCTOBER 11TH. WE WILL TRY AND ANSWER EMAILS, BUT MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO.
ORDERING: We accept Paypal. You may pay directly
through Paypal or with a credit card (through Paypal).
If you prefer to use a personal check or money order,
item number or title description with your payment method and your shipping
address. At this time I will instruct you on where to
mail your payment. Payment is required in 7 days.
Make personal checks and money orders payable to:
Whimseys. I will ship you order immediately upon
receipt if you pay by money order. Personal checks
may be held until they clear - around 7-10 business
days before item is shipped.
SHIPPING:
All items are shipped through the United States Post
Office. SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT - For a limited time there is no shipping charge in the United States! International shipping is $6.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additonal item. The cost of insurance is included in the shipping charge and is provided through DSI - a third party agent.
RETURNS:
If upon receipt you have a problem with your purchase,
please let me know via e-mail as soon as possible. I have
a 7 day return policy. If you are not pleased with the item,
it can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping/
insurance costs. Buyer is responsible for paying return
shipping costs. The item, when returned, must be insured
for the original value and must be returned in the same
condition in which it was sent. In rare cases I will deduct
an additional restocking fee for difficult to ship items and for international shipments. If I am responsible for the error, I will not deduct fees and I will refund shipping charges as well.
